Dear Treasure Coast Disc Golfers: 

​

The Treasure Coast Disc Golf Board Members want to thank all of our members for making this year another success. Thanks to our membership, year we accomplished a lot this past year:

·      Redesigned three of the holes at Halpatiokee;

·      Created an inventory of club discs, shirts and equipment in our TCDG store;

·      Held five PDGA-sanctioned tournaments and ran two sanctioned leagues;

·      Thanks to E.T. Baker and Brad Dewson, worked with Indian River County Parks to create our newest 18-basket course (South County) at the IG Center of Oslo Road;

·      Donated four five-gallon buckets of discs to youth players in Columbia and the Philippines; 

·      Club members hosted fun events like the Earth Day Doubles at South County; the bag swap at Halpatiokee and the MVP Space Ace Race at South County;

·      Raised money to send the Botson boys to the Junior Worlds tournament;

·      Returned dozens of discs back to club members and others through our drop boxes;

·      Finished the year in strong financial standing with more than $5,000 in the bank;

·      And more…
 

But as we close out another year, let’s all focus on the opportunities we have in 2025. The best way to help is to renew/join the Club by being a paid member. Having a large number of paid members shows our local municipalities that disc golf is important to the community.

Renewals are underway now through Jan. 31, 2025. (If you renewed or joined the club after Nov. 1, 2024 – your membership is good through 2025). Current members can renew for $20. New memberships are $25. (If you wait until after Jan. 31 to renew – you will be charged the extra $5).
 

Your TCDG membership

·      Makes you eligible to the full Ace fund payout (and a TCDG Ace pin)

·      Gives you a $5 discount on your PDGA Membership renewal; and

·      Provides the Club with the financial support to continue to maintain our courses, cover our operating costs for insurance, host PDGA-sanctioned tournaments and more.  

Like last year, all memberships will come with a Treasure Coast Disc Golf Bag Tag. We will host a Party at McCarty: Tag Drop and Disc Swap round on Wednesday, Jan. 1 starting at 10 a.m. at McCarty Ranch in Port St. Lucie (SAVE THE DATE). If you can’t make it that day – you can pick up a bag tag from any handicap TD after that event.  

All TCDG memberships must be purchased online this year. It is essential for us to keep an updated membership List with correct email addresses, so we can notify you about important club news, including events and tournaments. Please CLICK HERE to complete your membership. Remember, your current membership is good until Jan. 31, 2025. If you wait until February, you will be charged the new member fee ($25).
